He has earned consecutive Top 1% Mortgage Originator in America honors and also serves as a coach with CORE Training, mentoring mortgage professionals nationwide and sharing the systems and mindset that drive long-term success.

With a career in the mortgage industry dating back to 1982 and seven years of Title Insurance experience, Ron brings unmatched knowledge to every transaction. Having worked with large companies and owned a broker shop for over a decade, he knows how to build lasting relationships and help clients achieve their home financing goals.
Ron especially enjoys guiding first-time buyers, making the process clear and stress-free. Originally from North Carolina, he also spent eight years in Las Vegas before settling in Florida. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him on the water, fishing, snorkeling, boating, and enjoying everything the Florida coast has to offer.

Jennifer Sender’s passions include both playing and watching sports. She graduated from Stetson University in 2013 with a degree in Finance and Management, where she also played Collegiate Tennis.
